Agreement between IoT.NXT and IoT Systems Group

On 21 October 2017, IoT Systems Group announced the signing of an agreement to represent, as an exclusive master reseller, the IoT.NXT software platform in the UK. IoT Systems Group also acquired from IoT.NXT global preferential terms for their existing business in the Middle East.

Both companies’ boards of directors have approved the deal.

Benefits of the deal:

IoT Systems Group is a rapidly expanding global consultancy delivery efficiency and automation to its corporate customer base.

  • IoT Systems Group and IoT.NXT together will accelerate innovation and choice in applying IoT Systems to UK customers. Commercial Customers will be able to choose from a wider range of Edge devices and connect existing devices and systems in a seamless way.
  • The IoT Systems Group experience in the UK market will help provide customers with the best and most appropriate IoT architecture for their needs.
  • The agreement with IoT.NXT supprots the rapid development of IoT Systems Group and the comprehensive provider and reseller ecosystem being developed by the Group.
